This totally depends on the needs of your business. Each option has its own pros and cons and each comes with different pricing and Compliance structures. In taking and making payments, there are certain rules and laws aimed at protecting you, the merchant and the end customer. Some of these are to protect fraud, money laundering and genuine mistakes (e.g. you put $100 instead of $10).

That's a good question. Relayoo is agnostic and can integrate with any service your business needs. However on our current roadmap, soon to be released are the following services:


  • Know Your Customer checks - especially sanctions and PEP (politically exposed persons) checks.
  • ID Verification - your clients can upload their IDs to be verified.
  • Xero integration - get data in and out of Xero to simplify reporting and invoicing.
